My cuticles are very healthy, my nail bed is pinkish, and my nails don’t have any white spots. They are absolutely neat, clean, and tidy.
Neat nails depict your hygienic conditions, and along with that, they reflect your health as well.
If your nail has white marks on it then your body might be deficient in calcium or any other mineral.
If your nails break down easily then your body might be nutrition deficient.
If your nails are getting broader and curvy then your lungs might have a problem.
If your nails suddenly appear darker then there might be a possibility that your skin is facing an issue and you need to consult a doctor.

What to do to have healthy nails?
If you’re not healthy from the inside then whatever you do externally will not work.
There should be biotin, zinc, iron and magnesium in your diet.
Your nails and your hair are made up of the same protein. So as much as keratin is needed by your hair same is needed by your nails.
However, they are quite dead and do not revert back easily. That is why we need to take strict measures for nails, that’s all.
Remedy:
Ingredients:
1). Lemon:
Lemon removes all the yellowness in your nails.
It’s an acid due to which it will clean any kind of bacterial infection.
2). Shampoo:
Shampoo has cleaning properties due to which it cleans everything properly.
Also, shampoo is dehydrating as I have told you many times. So your skin will also get dehydrated.
Preparation:
Step 1: Remove the nail paint and also all the accessories on your hands.
Step 2: Take a bowl of lukewarm water and dip your hands into it. Don’t take hot water or cold water but lukewarm water.
Step 3: Squees half a lemon into the bowl.
Step 4: Add shampoo to it.
Step 5: Dip your nails into the water, if the bowl is bigger then dip the entire hands no problem at all. Keep your hands in the bowl for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Clean your nails using a lemon.
Step 7: Now, take a toothbrush and clean your nails.
Step 8: Wash off your hands properly.
You can keep a separate toothbrush for your nails. I already have one. Whenever I wash my hands, I also clean my nails as longer nails cause the possibility of accumulating germs.
After cleaning your nails using a toothbrush, wash your hands. Wipe off your hands and nails using a clean towel.
Trimming
Now you can trim your nails and apply your favourite nail paint.
