Yes, it’s possible. You can glow from the inside from topical application.

So, do this remedy, don’t take stress, eat healthy food and see how glow comes from inside from topical application.

You can use this mix as both a face wash and a face mask. You can even turn it into Ubtan.

In this article, we’ll learn how to prepare this magical blend of powders and how you can use it depending on your skin type.

Let’s do all that needs to be done.

Table Of Contents:

Ingredients:

  • It makes our skin pinkish.

  • It cleans your face.

Here we’re using masoor dal flour as a substitute for gram flour. Gram flour is a little better if you have used it.

You can check it by cleaning your half face with gram flour and your half face with masoor dal flour and I am 100% sure that gram flour will be the winner.

But since gram flour does not suit some people Masoor Dal is a great substitute.

What you have to do is you have to take a pan and dry roast 2 tablespoons of Masoor Dal. We are just removing its moisture content. It should be very crispy as we’re going to turn it into powder.

If you consume green gram regularly, it will do wonders for your health.

We’re using it as an exfoliator here. I am not saying that if you rub it then it will get exfoliated. It is not like that.

Applying it lightly and letting it be will exfoliate and make your skin brighter, clearer and supple. That’s why I’m saying it is a good exfoliator.

Take 2 tablespoons of moong dal and roast it to remove its moisture content.

We’ve seen the magical benefits of fenugreek seeds for our hair. Today, we’ll see its magic for skin.

Fenugreek seeds can replace all your expensive products for anti-ageing.

Take 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and roast them to remove their moisture content.

Preparation:

Step 1: Take 2 tablespoons of masoor dal and dry roast it.

Step 2: Take 2 tablespoons of moong dal and dry roast it.

Step 3: Take 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and dry roast it.

You can roast them together, but if you’re sceptical of any ingredient you can even separately roast them.

Step 4: If you wish, add 2 tablespoons of chana dal (gram).

Step 5: Let them cool and then grind them into fine powder.

Step 6: With the help of a strainer or sieve strain it properly to make sure what you get is fine powder.

By sieving it, the coarse powder will be removed and you will get a fine powder.

Preferably, store it in a jar because it will not contain any moisture.

Application

Take a small amount of this powder and massage it on your wet face. Splash some water and you are good to go.

This is a wonderful face cleanser. If you use it, you won’t feel the need for a face wash. Because it removes all the dirt, pollutants, and oil and makes your skin refresh.

If you’ve tried my previous ubtans and you’re not sensitive to it then you can apply it every day. Check them here 👇

For Dry Skin:

  • This is a dry powder so if you have dry skin then it can make your skin more dry.

  • To use it take a small amount of it in your hands and add curd or cream for which you are comfortable.

  • Mix it well, apply it on your face, leave it for some time and then massage it with wet hands.

  • You won’t feel the need for any other external application but because you have dry skin you need a moisturiser.

  • So, don’t forget to moisturise your skin.

For Oily Skin:

  • If you have oily skin then in this powder take rose water or normal water.

  • Mix it well, apply it on your face, leave it for some time and then again massage it with wet hands.

  • Splash water and you are good to go.

  • This works like a cleanser exfoliator and your face will be clean.

For Combination Skin:

  • If you have neither dry nor oily but a combination skin then this is best for you.

  • Take this powder take little water and add yoghurt.

  • Add yoghurt or hung curd and leave it for some time. So that the powders become soft. Then apply it to your face.

  • It becomes delicate with yoghurt and hydrates your skin so much.

  • It makes it so soft and supple.

👉 And come back and tell me what happened.

  • If you are using it as a face wash by just applying it on your wet face, then you can use it every day.

  • But if you are using some other ingredient like curd or yoghurt, then I use it on alternate days.

It is because you are using the same ingredient on your face daily. So, in the long run, your skin may not be comfortable.

If you want this blend of powders as ubtan, then
