How To Prepare Flaxseeds Gel?

Flaxseed gel requires only two ingredients: water and flaxseeds.

Preparation:

STEP 1: Add four cups of water to a pot.

STEP 2: Let it come to a boil. Once it comes to the boil, turn the flame to medium. The flame will remain in the medium throughout the process.

STEP 3: Now add half a cup of flaxseeds to the water. Stir the seeds so that they submerge in the water (none remains floating!).

STEP 4: Cover it for 5-7 min.

STEP 5: Open the lid after 5-7 min, stir, and check the consistency. You will see a gel-like product! Now, turn off the flame and let it cook in its heat for some time.

STEP 6: Take a separate container and strain the gel. Avoid using a plastic strainer, as it can melt. Let the gel cool down to room temperature. Now, keep the seeds back in the pot and let them cool.

STEP 7: Transfer the flaxseed gel to a glass container and store it in the refrigerator. It will thicken further as it cools.

Your flaxseed gel is ready for application! If you keep it in a glass bottle and refrigerate it, it will last a month. But at room temperature, it will not last more than one week.

Application:

Flaxseed gel application is simple. Generously coat your hair and scalp with the gel. You can use a shower cap to enhance the conditioning effect.

Leave it on for 20 - 25 minutes before washing it with shampoo. You can wash your hair with water, but it will take time.

This magical will remove all the deposition from your hair, and you will get lustrous, strong, and frizz-free hair!
