If the reasons are age and trauma, then you should consult a dermatologist and get it fixed.
But if the reason is lack of maintenance, then this blog is for you. If you make these precautions a part of your lifestyle, then you’ll never face it ever again.

Reasons for cracked feet:
1]. Walking barefoot: Make it a habit not to walk barefoot.
2]. Dehydration: If you have diabetes and high blood pressure, your skin cells start losing their moisture. So, drink enough water and eat seasonal water.
3]. Open footwear: Until your cracked heels are fixed, ensure your feet are always covered. Wearing open footwear adds to the current problem.
4]. Bathing in the shower: In place of the shower, try to sit down and bath and use a pumice stone or any other type of foot scrapper.
If you find it difficult to sit down and bathe or you don’t have time for it, then you can use this product. It has air suckers it can make your feet clean
Precautions:
Now I am sharing some precautionary measures with you. So that you don’t face this problem.
1]. Always wear cotton socks:Â Invest in some good cotton socks. Cotton is a breathable material that allows the process of breathing to go on.
But when you wear woollen socks, there is a blockage in the air and your skin can’t breathe.
2]. Invest in good pumice stone:Â Whether it is a pumice stone or a foot scraper. There are so many things available in the market.
Every time you shower, use a pumice stone or foot scraper. Dead skin accumulation will not happen around your feet.
3]. Keep a towel for your feet: Every time you come out of the shower, use your feet towel and rub your feet. The skin that has become soft will come off easily.
4]. Regular pedicures:Â I have already shared many pedicures which you can do easily at home.
5]. Foot peels: If you can’t invest in pedicures, foot feels are perfect for you. It peels of all dead skin on your feet.
6]. No peeling: Many people enjoy peeling their skin. Many times I peel near my nails by mistake. But some people are so addicted.
Don’t do that. The more damage you do to your skin, the more time it will take to heal
7]. Moisturize: Make a blend of mustard oil and castor oil and moisturize your feet every night.
Remedy:
If you have severe cracked heels, you can do this remedy on alternate days.
But before doing the remedy wash your feet properly and with the help of a cotton towel scrub your feet properly. It will remove dead skin.
Ingredients:

Turmeric
Preparation:
Step 1: In a bowl add 2-3 tablespoons of mustard oil and heat it in microwave.
Step 2: Using the double boiler method melt some wax.
You can buy medical-grade wax from the market. If you can’t get it, you can take a white candle and melt it.
Step 3: Mix melted wax in lukewarm mustard oil.
Step 4: Add a 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric.
Application:
Apply it properly under your feet, on the soles of your feet, and massage on the cracked portions.
After applying put a polythene bag or a shower cap and let it be for 10-15 minutes.
The purpose is to protect feet from any external factors.
After 10-15 minutes, remove the polythene or shower cap and clean your feet properly.
Now, wear gel socks for 2-3 hours. After that remove the socks and your cracked heels will be fixed.
