Ingredients:

Firstly, let’s gather the ingredients. You need some homemade butter or unsalted butter for step one.

For step 2, you need rice, coffee/turmeric powder.

Step 3 requires curd, nutmeg powder, and turmeric powder.

For step 4, you need gulab jal.

All these ingredients are like mighty soldiers for your skin. Butter is a natural cleanser, while nutmeg and turmeric powder are amazing antioxidants.

Curd is a natural moisturizer that nourishes the skin and tightens the pores. Coffee helps fight inflammation, and gulab jal is a toner that refreshes and soothes the skin.

Now that we have gathered our resources, it’s time to get into the procedure!

Procedure:

STEP 1: Cleansing

Wash your face thoroughly with your regular face wash. Pat dry your face with a towel.

Next, you need homemade butter or unsalted butter to cleanse your face.

I know I already asked you to wash your face with your regular face wash, but you will be surprised to see the results you will get after cleansing your face with homemade or unsalted butter.

Micro dirt remains on your face even after washing with a facewash. This dirt leads to blackheads, whiteheads, cysts, clogged pores, and pimples. Butter is a natural way to clean this leftover dirt.

Take some butter in your palms and gently start cleansing your face. Do not forget your neck!

After applying the butter and cleansing nicely, take a wet towel and start cleaning the butter off your face. Check the towel.

You will see how thoroughly the butter did its job!

STEP 2: Exfoliate

In this step, you will make an exfoliator and apply it.

For the exfoliator, you need some rice and turmeric/coffee. Firstly, grind the rice (not too fine, just till it turns into a semi-powdered state).

Now add a little coffee or turmeric (whichever you are comfortable with). The exfoliator is ready to use!

Start massaging your face with this exfoliator. Make sure that you do not rub your face harshly. Be gentle with this process.

Now take a wet towel and gently clean your face. You will notice a vibrant glow on your face after these first two steps!

STEP 3: Massaging Cream/Mask

Take 2-3 tablespoons of curd in a bowl. Add a little bit of nutmeg powder and a little turmeric powder.

These three ingredients will help in closing your pores which opened while exfoliating. If you exfoliate a bit strongly, add honey as well.

Mix all the ingredients well, and your face mask is ready!

Start applying the mask on your face and your neck gently. You will see how easily the cream glides on your face. Keep massaging it on your face, as this mask also works as a massaging cream!

Leave it on your face for a few minutes.

Clean your face with a wet towel and see the results for yourself. You will notice smooth, shiny, vibrant, and glossy skin.

STEP 4:

Spray or apply gulab jal (distilled water) on your face and neck to lock the magic.
